| October 15, 2019 -- Our June Silent Auction and Roast Pork Dinner was good but not as successful as last year. All members were asked to bring a dish for our July picnic. On Aug. 17 we held a cold dinner with peach shortcake for dessert.
We lost one of our recent new members, Nancy McComb and draped the charter in her memory.
We had election of officers on our agenda and elected David Griffiths, who declined. More on that later.
This correspondent has been under the weather again with allergies from all the pollen, etc. from this crazy weather.
