| JANUARY 22, 2011 -- The Killingly FFA Alumni hosted a successful reunion for Killingly Agricultural Students and Alumni of the FFA on Saturday, January 8th, 2011.
Over 200 alumni attended the event from 2:00 until 5:00 pm in the new Killingly Agricultural Center at Killingly High School, 226 Putnam Pike, Dayville, CT. Included in the day's festivities were tours of the new facility, slide shows on current agricultural education programs that include Animal Science, Aquaculture, Horticulture and Agricultural Mechanics. A light lunch was enjoyed by all.
Alumni spent time reminiscing with old friends, colleagues and teachers while perusing through old scrapbooks from as far back as 1965. The event was the first of its kind at the new location and even though the weather predictions were for snow, over 200 alumni turned out for the event.
