| JULY 2, 2011 -- My thanks to all who participated and helped to make Let’s Celebrate a success. Everyone that attended is a winner. It was a great time for all who helped us Celebrate the Grange and what it stands for.
Our Talent Contest winners were:
1- Beth Bradley from Greenfield Hill Grange; 2- Nancy Weissmuller from North Stonington Community Grange; 3- The Cousins 102 from Cheshire Grange.
Beth will now compete at the North East Lecturers Conference on Tuesday night, August 2nd. Why not come and support her. The Conference is at Bridgewater University, Bridgewater, Massachusetts.
Winners in the “A Number” contest were: 1- “Canada Geese” by Hillstown Grange; 2- Be Bear Aware by Mountain County Pomona; 3- “George and Harriett in the Great Outdoors” by North Stonington Community Grange.
