| NOVEMBER 3, 2011 -- I don’t know about you, but I left State Session totally pumped and ready to face the challenges of 2012. State Session was full of energy and fun. We accomplished A LOT and received our reward of knowledge. I ask every Leader who attended the Session to share what you learned with all your members. It is our responsibility to be the conduit of this information, if we don’t we have neglected our responsibility to ourselves as leaders and have deprived our members the opportunity to this information.
I met with the Pomona Masters for breakfast Friday morning of session and started an open dialog on what the Pomonas need to strengthen and aid their Community Granges. One thing your State Grange will begin improving immediately is communication between the State Grange and Pomona Granges. Your State Grange commits to each Pomona that we will ensure all forms of communications (that can be shared) are shared with each Pomona Master so they can truly be a partner with the State Grange in growing each Community Grange. I thank each Master or representative that was present, it was a lively discussion and your input is valued.
We heard the National Master, The State FFA Reporter, Alex Puerta and Carmen Brickner motivate us to our own greatness, please seek out your greatness as you move your Grange forward.
