| AUGUST 15, 2013 -- The slated deadline for the National Youth Officer Team, Horizon Leadership and John Trimble Legislative Experience programs is Sept. 1, 2013. However, this year the deadline falls on the Sunday of Labor Day weekend. Due to the holiday, the postmark deadline for applications for the below-stated programs has been changed to Tuesday, Sept. 3, 2013.
