| FEBRUARY 14, 2014 -- December was a busy month, we held our musical, A Bear-y Merry Holiday. The kids did wonderful! Kayla Bonin, Lillian Sharpe, and Jenna Wesa all played piano/recorder for us. Great job, girls! Santa came and made sure all of the kids had gifts. Great night, overall!
We, and the subordinates “adopted” a Sterling family, and a few other kids for Christmas. We also gave the family a $50.00 gift card to Big Y. It is a wonderful feeling to give to others.
The subordinates filled a basket with goodies for a past Junior member, who is now serving in the Air Force in Montana, for Christmas. We paid the shipping, and hope he enjoys it with the goodwill in which was sent. We appreciate the men and women who are serving our country.
Our meeting in January was postponed due to weather. What crazy weather we’ve been having! You are always welcome to come over and enjoy the warmth of our fellowship. We wish for you all a happy and healthy 2014! |
