Merry Christmas to all! Lots of Granges have open meetings complete with Santa Claus each Christmas. I hope you get to your Granges Christmas celebration. And, I would appreciate it if you could put in a good word for me with that jolly old fellow dressed in red.

MY FAVORITE FOOD

My favorite food is my Apple Pie. My kids bought me an apple peeler. They rebelled about peeling apples for me. This gadget peels, cores and slices apples. They come out like a slinky. You just pull apart and fill a pie plate lined with pastry. I fill it full.
My Grandmother said “you want apple pie or spice pie?” So following in her footsteps I use butter and brown sugar only. Also, I only use Granny Smith apples!
So, for many, many years I have made lots and lots of my famous “APPLE” pie. |
